Terms of use
These terms cover this website and the Ordrly beta sign-up. They are short on purpose. Full terms for the Ordrly app will be published before it launches.
About this site
This website is run by Ordrly, contactable at hello@getordrly.co.uk. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Ordrly is in development
Ordrly is not yet available. Joining the beta list means you have asked to hear about it. It does not guarantee you access, a launch date, or any particular feature or price. Descriptions, prices such as the planned Premium subscription, and screenshots on this site show our plans and may change.
Illustrative content and no advice
Quotes, savings figures, provider names and examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not real offers. Nothing on this site is financial, insurance, legal or other professional advice. Check the details of any product or provider yourself, or get independent advice, before making a decision.
How Ordrly may earn money
We may earn a commission if you switch provider through Ordrly once the app is live. We will explain how this works, and how it affects what we show you, in the app before you use it.
Joining the beta list
Please only give us your own email address. By joining, you agree we can email you about the Ordrly beta, as described in our privacy notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
Our content
The Ordrly name, logo, design and text on this site belong to us. You may view the site and share its address, but please don’t copy or reuse our content or branding without asking first.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit other people’s details without permission, or submit automated or fake sign-ups.
Our responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for losses that arise from relying on illustrative content on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will show when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
